Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the iPlan Digital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

iPlan Digital is the business management platform within the iPlan Expert ecosystem, offering tools for digitizing business processes, including but not limited to:

• Managing quotes and contracts
• Inventory and procurement management
• Project and task tracking
• Invoicing and collections management
• Reporting and analytics

3. User Account

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• All activities carried out under your account
• Immediate notification in case of unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The iPlan Digital platform is available on a subscription basis:

• Monthly subscription: EUR 25/month + VAT
• Annual subscription: EUR 250/year + VAT (with 2 free months)
• The subscription starts immediately after payment
• The first payment includes the selected subscription price plus the one-time 100 EUR onboarding fee
• Payments are processed automatically according to the selected billing cycle
• All prices are displayed in EUR and exclude VAT; VAT is added according to the applicable rate

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy includes:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account
• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for periods already paid
• You have access to data export before your subscription ends

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malware or harmful code
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the iPlan Digital platform, including but not limited to design, source code, logos, and content, belong to iPlan Expert or its licensors.

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited license to process this data for the purpose of providing the services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted platform availability
• The absence of errors or defects
• Compatibility with all systems and browsers

We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, iPlan.Expert is not responsible for:

• Data loss resulting from the use of the service
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profit or revenue
• Business interruptions

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a platform notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
